Building Our Own UN – Of, By and For The People,

Because, “We Ain’t Goin' Study War No More.”

A place and a space for an alternative pathway from institutionalized violence through the holistic connections of life and nature, drawn through the Sacred of ethics, religion and spirituality, grounded and founded squarely on the American Founding principle: “All Men are Created Equal.”

Because, another world is possible.

1.  The Humanities Vision — “We, The People” Spiritual UN  
 

• Help purchase the land and build the building of The Spiritual UN—with a large auditorium as truly representative of  peaceful peoples, where, “we ain’t gonna study war no more” because we see the right, life-giving way that is good to all.

          There is a better system that captures all our dreams—and we want to build it with you.

2.  Friendship—Re-invigorating our Humanity

• Gather together on Memorial Day in May of each year to pioneer The Spiritual UN with us as the alternative to War on the Planet—in dedication to saving the lives of the young and our future generations:
  
  "I wish we can dedicate Memorial Day not to the memory of those who have died at war, but to the idea of saving — the lives of the young people who are going to die in the future.  If we don't find some new way, some new religion maybe, that takes war out of our lives, that would be a Memorial Day worth celebrating." — Andy Rooney
  
  And this: "War is the lowest form of human behavior" — Tony Bennett — right on Tony!  
  
  It is clear, lessons are not being learnt by the American public — which sends their sons and daughters to War generation through generation.  The nation itself it seems is in some sort of dogmatic slumber as to why War must be a way of life for the nation — never ending.
  
  We, as a Humanity must find an alternative to War itself on the Planet and outlaw it as a crime on the Planet for some of the very obvious reasons that have been stated in this article.
  
  Through The Spiritual UN we are re-invigorating two great thoughts of Abraham Lincoln:
  
  i)   That we as a Humanity can come together through the "angels of our better nature" (First Inaugural) and,
  
  ii)  Through that (great) Union (of Humanity) we are free to create our own collective destiny without the reality of War (Gettysburg   
       Address)

3.   Beauty, Truth and Compassion Manifest—The Non-Violent World Alternative—Upliftment of the Poor, Homeless,
      and the Impoverished Including the Middle Classes
 

• See how we can adjust our spectacles through The Spiritual UN Gentle Path Manifesto for a broader, deeper, far-reaching and uncluttered world view—as given through the holistic wisdom of all the great spiritual traditions—leading the way to a whole new humane, compassionate, visionary and meaningful world that is good to all.  Through it, we are also able to uplift the poor and impoverished world over (including the newly impoverished middle classes) by creating “Life and Learning” Communities—replacing all slums, homelessness and tents for the many millions of people wherever they hunger, suffer and live diminished lives.
   

a.   Aspects of Life and Learning Communities:

The fulfillment of all Human Needs and cultivating our Higher selves, physically, mentally and spiritually to our higher potential: 

• Clean water

• Non-toxic, natural housing;

• Sanitation;

• Organic food growing;

• School house and Recreation area;

• Learning, Ethics and Meditation area;
   

b.  Other Features: 

• Building design – warm in winter, cool in summer;

• Hemp bricks and materials;

• Solar for energy, light and cooking;

• Natural healing and health facility;

• Mentor house and facility;

• Mind and health enhancing architecture;

4.  The Great Gathering of Humanity:

• For the purpose of creating The Spiritual UN for "A More Perfect Union" of us all, so that we may, in the words of George Washington, attain "the last stage of Human perfection;" 

• To return our world to its natural and evolutionary blueprint through The Spiritual UN's Statement of Purpose;
   

• To know that details no longer have to be in the Devil;

• To obey the common sense Quranic edict of:  "Turn away evil with that which is better;" while enlightening ourselves to the concept or real meaning of "Sharia" — which means "the way to the watering hole" — to find that it merges with the Light of the true American Way.
   

• To set the heart-centered Christ-centered Golden Rule in Motion.
